Подібна практика пропаганди війни серед українських дітей, які вимушено опинилися під окупацією, має системний характер.
Вихованців Олешківського дитячого-будинку інтернату змушують дякувати загарбникам “за захист цивільного населення”, “за мужність”, і пишуть, що “з нетерпінням чекають “захисників” додому”. Ха твердженням представників окупаційної влади, “вихованці Олешківського дитячого-будинку інтернату мають особливості розвитку”.
Лубінець сказав: “Всупереч гідному ставленню задля якнайкращого розвитку і добробуту, принципам гуманного та етичного поводження, діти з особливими потребами піддаються психологічному тиску”. Омбудсман зазначив, що практика росіян “промивання мізків” порушує загальновизнані міжнародно-правові норми, які встановлюють перелік основоположних прав дитини. Однак для росіян це спланована геноцидна політика стирання української ідентичності та знищення української нації.
На тимчасово окупованих територіях росіяни здійснюють тиск на українців, які не отримали російського паспорта. Ворог вдається до залякування людей та лишає їх без життєво необхідних послуг, таких як надання медичної допомоги.
