Нацбанк заборонив операції з російськими та білоруськими рублями
Також НБУ заборонив банківські операції, учасником яких є громадяни і компанії з Росії та Білорусі
Національний банк України заборонив здійснювати будь-які валютні операції в російських або білоруських рублях. Про це повідомляє пресслужба регулятора.
Правління Національного банку України ухвалило зміни до постанови від 24 лютого 2022 року №18 «Про роботу банківської системи в період запровадження воєнного стану».
Зокрема, заборонено уповноваженим установам здійснювати будь-які валютні операції
- з використанням російських рублів та білоруських рублів;
- учасником яких є юридична або фізична особа, яка має місцеперебування в Російській Федерації або в Республіці Білорусь;
- для виконання зобов’язань перед юридичними або фізичними особами, які мають місцезнаходження в Російській Федерації або в Республіці Білорусь.
Напередодні Нацбанк відкрив спецрахунок для збору коштів на потреби армії.

Рахунок – мультивалютний, він створений та відкритий як для переказу коштів від міжнародних партнерів та донорів – у іноземній валюті (долари США, євро, британські фунти), так і від українського бізнесу та громадян – у національній валюті.
Тим часом Світовий банк готовий надати Україні термінову підтримку. У банку «жахаються шокуючому насильству та загибелі людей в Україні»
24 лютого Польща виділила Україні $1 млрд термінової допомоги. Також Естонія виділила 200 тис. євро на термінову допомогу Україні.
У четвер стало відомо, що Євросоюз готовий прийняти необмежену кількість біженців з України. Голова Єврокомісії Урсула фон дер Ляєн заявила про готовність Європейського союзу прийняти необмежену кількість біженців з України та надати будь-яку гуманітарну допомогу.
«Ми також готові надати притулок усім біженцям, ми готові надати всю гуманітарну допомогу негайно, яка буде потрібна, на додаток до макрофінансової допомоги Україні у розмірі понад 1 млрд євро. Ми не знаємо, скільки буде біженців, але ми повністю готові їх прийняти», – сказала фон дер Ляєн на брифінгу в Брюсселі в четвер.
Як вже відомо, пів сотні держав та організацій підтримали Україну.
