Під час нічного обстрілу Чернігова російськими військовими боєприпаси влучили у кілька будівель, жертв немає, повідомляє Дерслужба з надзвичайних ситуацій.
«28 лютого, починаючи з 2:00, унаслідок ворожих обстрілів у Чернігові (періодично ворог здійснює обстріли з певним інтервалом в одну точку, можливо, пристрілювання по радіотелецентру), сталося влучання боєприпасів у фундамент п’ятиповерхового житлового будинку, у будівлю магазину та дитячого садка», – йдеться в повідомленні ДСНС у Telegram.
Згідно з повідомленням, пожежі, які виникли у цих будівлях після влучення боєприпасів, ліквідовані.
Водночас Чернігівська ОДА вказує, що протягом доби 27 лютого на території Чернігівської області ліквідовано загалом 7 пожеж, з яких: 4 внаслідок обстрілів (3 в житловому секторі, 1 на об’єкті) та 3 – з інших причин (житловий сектор).
Загалом з початку військових дій у Чернігові виникло 63 пожежі, з яких: 41 внаслідок обстрілів та 22 – з інших причин. Врятовані 13 осіб, з них 10 дітей. Загинула одна людина.
Без електропостачання залишаються 50 населених пунктів у трьох районах області (Чернігівський, Ніжинський, Корюківський). Відновлювальні роботи не проводяться.
Генеральний штаб Збройних сил України сьогодні повідомив, що російські війська знизили темпи наступу в Україні, але все ще продовжують спроби розвинути успіх на окремих напрямках в наступальній операції.
