Палата представників Японії проголосувала за резолюцію, яка рішуче засуджує російське вторгнення в Україну.
Як передає Укрінформ, про це повідомляє Kyodo News.
Депутати закликали російські війська негайно припинити атаку на Україну та залишити її кордони.
У тексті документу також йдеться, що російське вторгнення суперечить міжнародному праву та Статуту Організації Об’єднаних Націй, що забороняє застосування сили.
«Воно (вторгнення РФ – ред.) явно посягає на суверенітет та територіальну цілісність України. Це надзвичайно важка ситуація, яка може похитнути фундамент порядку не тільки в Європі, але й у ширшому міжнародному співтоваристві, включаючи Азію», – йдеться у резолюції.
Нижня палата парламенту Японії висловила солідарність з народом України. Очікується, що Верхня палата найближчим часом ухвалить власну резолюцію.
Як повідомлялося, 24 лютого президент РФ Володимир Путін оголосив початок вторгнення в Україну. Російські війська обстрілюють та знищують ключові об’єкти інфраструктури, ракети влучають у житлові будинки.
В Україні запроваджено воєнний стан та оголошено загальну мобілізацію.
Україна офіційно направила позов проти Російської Федерації до Міжнародного суду ООН у Гаазі.
