Україна може отримати статус кандидата на вступ до ЄС днями. Заступник глави МЗС Польщі Марчін Пшидач зазначив, що для цього потрібне відповідне політичне рішення.

Поки немає інформації стосовно того, що Німеччина та Франція погодяться на такий крок на цьому етапі. Проте польський заступник глав МЗС наголосив, що Польща з іншими переконають їх.
“Україна може стати кандидатом в ЄС вже завтра, післязавтра, наступного тижня. Це питання політичного рішення з боку ЄС. Цю ініціативу підтримують 10 країн”, – зазначив Пшидач.
Переважна більшість в Європейському парламенті минулого дня затвердила резолюцію. Вона несе рекомендаційний характер державам-членам ЄС, аби надати Україні відповідний статус кандидата. Процедуру здобуття членства розпочали 1 березня після того, як президент Володимир Зеленський 28 лютого підписав заявку на вступ.
