Восьмий апеляційний адміністративний суд 13 червня у Львові заборонив партію “Соціалісти”, яку РНБО і Мін’юст вважають проросійською.
Деталі: Майно партії “Соціалісти” та всіх її осередків, згідно з рішенням суду, передається державі. Але саме рішення може бути оскаржене у Верховному Суді.
Цього разу суд дав змогу почути позицію Мін’юсту — засідання було відкрите.
Під час розгляду не було представника партії “Соціалісти”.
Довідково: Партія “Соціалісти” була заснована у серпні 2014 року під назвою “Робітників, селян, інтелігенції України”. Актуальну назву “Соціалісти” партія отримала у лютому 2015 року.
Риторика представників партії всі ці роки була приблизно однакова — акцент на “проєвропейськості” (програму партії нібито взяли у якихось європейських соціалістів), гасла за все хороше і проти всього поганого та критика влади (і Порошенка, і Зеленського).
Про Росію представники партії висловлювалися досить специфічно. В одному з інтерв’ю за липень 2015 року один із тодішніх лідерів політсили критикував українську владу за невиконання Мінських угод, ізоляцію Донбасу та небажання проводити прямі переговори з “адміністративною владою” на Донбасі.
Про відповідальність Росії за війну на сході України він не згадував, говорячи лише, що “роль Російської Федерації достатньо висока, оскільки конфлікт на Донбасі відбувається безпосередньо біля кордонів РФ”.
